Ted Harvey received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois in 1965, and is a member of Phi Betta Kappa.

 

He received his J.D. Degree from the University of Illinois Law School in 1968, and was made a member of the Order of the Coif which is limited to the top 10% of the class.

 

He joined the firm in 1968 and is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois.

Mr. Harvey has tried civil lawsuits for both plaintiffs and defendants in many different counties in Southern Illinois. His cases have included products liability, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, contract cases, toxic tort (asbestos), construction accidents, will contests and trust litigation.
