John M. Skrabacz received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in History from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 2013, and his J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2017.  Mr. Skrabacz is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.

While at Southern Illinois University School of Law, Mr. Skrabacz actively participated in the Civil Practice Clinic, a free legal service program for senior citizens in the thirteenth most southern counties in Illnois.  Mr. Skrabacz provided legal assistance in a wide range of fields, including divorce, contract and estate law.  For his work in the Clinic, he was awarded the Howard B. Eisenberg Client Service Award.

Mr Skrabacz became an associate attorney at Freeark, Harvey & Mendillo, P.C. in November of 2017.  Mr. Skrabacz is a member of the illinois and St. Clair County Bar Associations.

OUtside of the office Mr. Skrabacz enjoys hiking in Southern Illinois' various state and national parks and cycling along this region's back roads.
