DANIEL HEIL
Daniel Heil focuses his practice in civil litigation. He is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, and drafts pleadings and motions, conducts research and attends hearings and depositions on behalf of his clients.
During law school, Mr. Heil was selected Editor-in-Chief of the Southern Illinois University’s Journal of Legal Medicine, and he was also a teaching assistant for the law school’s negotiations course.
Mr. Heil maintains a general practice handling many types of civil cases including personal injury, contract law, workers’ compensation, corporate and other business clients in the areas of business organization, commercial law, sales and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Mr. Heil also practices in the areas of probate and estate planning.
