Jeff was born in East St. Louis, Illinois, on March 24, 1961. He graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in 1983. During his undergraduate studies, he was presented with the Don O. Pyke Award, which annually is awarded to a top marketing student at the University, by the Advertising Club of Greater St. Louis. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from St. Louis University in 1986, at which time he was appointed to the Order of the Woolsack, the School of Law honor society. He was licensed to practice law in Illinois in 1986 and in Missouri in 1987. He resides in Collinsville, Illinois.
Jeff has been with the firm since March of 1987. Since that time, he has practiced extensively in all aspects of civil litigation before the state courts of Illinois and Missouri, U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and U. S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. His practice has involved the preparation and trial of numerous cases to successful jury verdict. He practices primarily in the area of personal injury defense, insurance, and school law.
